Hi there, we are Cherry & Dom, and we are not tattooists, although as you can see, we love them. Believe it or not, Dom is an Engineer and I’m a Computer Forensic Specialist ~ cool no? Yes, people who have tattoos come in all shapes and sizes and have a variety of careers. To us, tattoos are of vital importance, and they all have their own story.
Having spent a considerable amount of time searching for cool tattoo designs and having a ton of people ask us where to find anything from girly tattoos to shoulder tattoos on our blog, we decided to create a new blog that just deals with body art. We are often asked what a particular tattoo means, and occasionally we have people who interpret them on our behalf. Sometimes they are right, often they are wrong, but it proves that tattoos are multifaceted and open to interpretation that is not necessarily in your control. A tattoo is more than a word, more than a sentence, it is a book that tells a story about who you are, what is important to you, your memories, and your story. That being said, there are a ton of resources online for tattoos, tattoo designs, body art, etc. If you are searching for "free" design ideas, we have to tell you, you get what you pay for. If you are serious about your body art, here are two membership sites we recommend. They are inexpensive, and well worth the investment ~ why, simply because you are going to have your tattoo forever - do you really want to skimp on the design? For the record, yes, we do make a commission if you get a membership with a site we’ve recommended. However, we would never recommend a site that we don’t love and have tremendous success with. The commission we make from this, keeps this site alive and allows us to help those who ask to find them a design, provide advice, etc. |
