I am turning 18 in 3 months and want to get a tattoo on my 18th birthday. I have a design in my head but need them to sketch it out. I go to a very great body art studio for my piercings, they are well known for being the most sanitary and safe in this area of the state and I want to go there for my tattoo. If I want to get a tattoo ON my birthday, would I have to set up an appointment before that date for them to sketch it out?
